Booking apartment through Bellamar Immobillaria

Hi everyone,

I am glad I found this forum with lots of useful information, hope someone can help me.
We have booked and payed for an apartment through Bellamar Immobillaria agency in Puerto Pollensa, and agreed on a taxi transfer from airport and the driver should have the keys from the apartment. But the agency just won't give me the apartment address. I have asked twice and they finally gave me street name and postcode but not the house and apt. number. And they seem reluctant to do so. Should I be worried? I don't want any nasty surprises especially with 2 year old child on hands..
Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Hello Fera and welcome. This is quite normal practice, the reason most don't give the exact address until the last minute is for security, i hope this eases your concerns and that you have a great holiday .

Thanks everyone for your reassuring replies, hope we won't have any problems as well. What raises my concern is that they are not answering my emails, they could have just explain the reason that's all instead of keeping silence.

Thanks for the input, just wondering if they also have not given you the complete address beforehand, or is it just me?

To be honest I can't remember. But they were always very helpful. They would ring on our first morning to check all was ok.

We have never had a problem with them and would certainly use them again.

I am sure it will be ok, they have been around for years and their office is on the main road into the port.
