We have had a number of comments from visitors who are having problems contacting hotels during the winter period - most do not open until Easter. AS we suspected Fax is the best way to contact them.

"With regards to Hotels Illa d'Or, Daina, Uyal, Pollentia, Capri and Villa Concha prospective clients can fax their group HQ (Hotelera Pollencina) on 00 34 971 866 145. The manager there told me that individual hotel directors pass by every week or so to collect and reply to faxes. However, be advised that some years some of these hotels go exclusive to one tour operator at high season.
The Hotel La Goleta on the sea front is independent and although closed at the moment the family that run it will be in overseeing repairs etc in the next week or so, so a fax sent to them on 00 34 971 866 002 could elicit a response."
