Buying a Bike

Can I suggest you try Pro Cycle Hire. They are first left past Tolo's as you go into town and then on the left opposite Trotters bar. I have never purchased a bike from them but we have kept a couple of bikes in PP for a number of years and they do an annual service etc. They are extremely friendly, have a lot of bikes for sale, and are owned by an English guy called Bruce

Bought our bikes new in Palma (Carrefour) - worked out less expensive than s/h. Decathalon and Alcampo also sell bikes. Really depends upon standard/type you want. If you take out from UK make sure you wrap well ~ airlines notorious for damaging.
