Can anyone please help me

Hi,
I’m looking at renting an apartment or villa next year in May or September and I feel spoilt for choice.
My wife and I have been going to PP for years on our own, but next year we will be taking our baby girl (born 12th September) and my wife parents.
I would like somewhere either in the south sandy beach area or the pine walk area, with 2 or 3 rooms and on the ground floor.

I’ve been looking through the website but there are so many to choose from. Can anyone help by recommending an apartment?

I have a 1st Floor apartment in El Pinaret on South sandy beach. Its on the website as 24 Las Mimosas. It has 3 bedrooms, large living area, spacious balcony and is 5 minutes from the beach.

You requested a ground floor apartment and the one below us is a mirror image and can also be found on the website, Las Mimosas20. One of my friends stayed there a couple of weeks ago and they said it was lovely. It has a large patio with a small garden and access to the communal pool. This is kidney shaped with a childrens area and it slopes gently to the deepend. This may be the one for you !!

As I'm sure you know El pinaret is also only 10 minutes from the centre of town.
