Has anyone ever stayed at this villa (advertised on this site)?

I would appreciate any reviews.

Why not have a chat with the owner directly? This is the fairest thing to do as some people will be positive and others may not and as you said the person has advertised to be on this site. This is probably your best way forward as each person will have a different opinion depending on their needs and likes dislikes.

Surely the owners will only be positive regarding there own property I can't see them giving any negative feedback, or have I missed something here :confused:

We stayed here about 4 or 5 years ago. It is very reasonabily priced and well maintained and we were very well looked after by the person who was looking after the property. It is however semi-detached and it is worth bearing in mind that one of the bedrooms and the living room do not have outside windows and are quite dark.
All the other rooms were fine and we had lovely weather so spent most of our time outside.
Although we hired a car Pollensa town is within walking distance, The pool area and garden were very pleasant and private but there is a little noise from the road.
Hope this helps

Charlotte:)

Thank for that information.

The lack of photographs of the living room and bedrooms on the website made me wonder what they are like, hence my request for information.

Dont worry Cleric, the whole point of this discussion forum is to ask and answer questions and to seek guidance from members with experience of the properties

Hi Cleric, I would ask for more pics if you havnt already, and a GPS reference to ensure the property is in a location you would enjoy. Third party information is usually the most informative if it is balanced and fair, CUjimmy raised a good point.

It may be worth PMing GPS location as most companies are not keen on people knowing the exact locations of places until they book up, I think its to protect the privacy of others staying there, just a thought.

There is a Google location map for canramon on our site as we are encouraging all our owners to add them now. However it does not go into the most detailed level to protect the owner's privacy but it gives you a very good idea where it is situated.

Yes
we stayed at Ca'n ramon a couple of years ago. as one of the previous replies said the garden poll area are lovely and the shower is downstairs next to the kitchen onthe ground floor so really handy for the pool. however be aware that the upstairs rooms are very dark and imo need upgrading. we actually moved matresses down and stayed in the lounge as ouir daughter was not happy. But all in all it was fine, also walkable tp town centre
