Hi. I have recently had ibred installed with fibre optic and have been trying to cancel my existing Movistar data only line.
I cannot get through to any of the telephone numbers provided on their website, as the phone is hung up each time.
I have tried registering on their website, but the only way of getting into this has to have a number sent to my landline telephone (which I don't have)!
Has anyone else experienced difficulty with this and if so, do you have a number or contact detail which works please?
Thanks

I had a message from them to say there is a new number 22123, not sure if it will help, good luck ;).

the shop in the port are always very helpful if you can call in they will sort it for you

As i said above whenever i have a problem with Movistar I just call in the office in the port and they fix it beats sitting on the phone for hours maybe even days  the lady's are so helpful in the shop
I recommend you go in the morning when they open because covid rules means have to wait outside for your turn and some days its busy

Movistar

Thanks for the number and all the other replies.
I will try the number .

When I had a problem I rang 1004. You get a very fast message in spanish inviting you to press various buttons. Ignore it and wait for a pause then say Ingles. After you have done this about 6 times it gets the message and connects you with an English speaking operator. Good luck.
