Now this has got to be good news for anyone who owns a car out here. I´ve just happened across what I can only decribe as the Spanish equivalent of `Go Compare´. Its called Acierto. Fill in all your car and driver details (you will need a knowledge of Spanish or lots of patience and a good dictionary) and away it goes and searches all the major insurers (even Linea Directa). This is a fabulous find you have made I have just run details of our 2 cars through and we could be saving about €200 a year on our insurances. I will definitely be looking into this in more detail when the policies are up for renewal in the summer.

It is very easy to use and if you have google translate open in the background, you can easily understand exactly what information they need.

Great news, shame my insurance ran out on 7th Febuary so have just renewed. I think you should claim a commission on all money saved by Forum members following your post. Or at least a copa de vino.....
