Has anyone in or around the port got a car for sale at the moment or know of one from a reliable source ?

Must be deisel and about 5 or 6 years old.

Try Autos La Parra on calle Juan XX111. They are selling off all there cars.

If you don't mind an ex hire car you could also try Hasso in C'an Pastilla. They are currently selling off quite a number of their ex hire cars and are, in my opinion, a very reputable firm and I would recommend them without hesitation. If you go onto the Hasso car rental page there is a tab that takes you to cars for sale. Quite a few of the staff there speak English and as they are only a 5 minute drive from the airport they are easy to get to. My suggestion (if you are interested in anything they have) would be to see if you could hire first then if you like it do a deal at the end of your holiday/trip.
