In Puerto Pollensa there will be a carnival parade, the first one for two years.
The Carnival Festivities of 2023 will begin in the port on Thursday February 16, at 5 p.m., with the Rua (carnival parade). The parade will first gather in Plaça Miquel Capllonch from where they will start a route that will go through the streets of Econom Torres, Plaça de l'Enginyer Roca, Carrer Joan XXIII, Roger de Flor, Llebeig and Mestral to then return to the Square, where the prizes for the best Costume Contest will be awarded. There will be no shortage of fun with a children's entertainment group as well.
This Carnival party has the collaboration of the Association of Residents of Port de Pollença, which will offer chocolate and soft drinks to all who come in costume.
Carnival at the Club Pollensa in Pollensa will be a bit later, starting with 17th February 2023 and carrying on into the following week.
On Friday, February 17, at Club Pollença, the parade party returns with live music from the Circo group and various DJs.
Street in Pollença Saturday 18th February 2023
In Pollença, the parade will be on Saturday, February 18, it will start at 5 p.m., from Plaça del Monument, from where the participants will start the parade that will go along via Pollentia, Carrer Alcúdia, Plaça Major, Carrer de Colón , of Ramon Llull, of Tit Cittadini and of Pius XI to pass through Carrer Alcúdia and Plaça Major again, where there will be a party in a marquee.
On Tuesday, February 21 2023, at noon, there will be the Children's Party with live music.
There will also be a carnival parade in Alcudia on Sunday 19th February 2023 from 4pm in the church car park.
