Hello all,

I've just booked the Casa Pena apartment through Elizabeth Lynch-Cummins at Pollensa Properties. We got it for 660 Euros at the start of April for a week, it looks pretty great - has anyone stayed in this apartment or the block that it is in?

Also, what is PP like at that time of year? Any recommendations of things to do for a family with young kids (6 and 4 and 1) would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Chris Staples

We always visit during the Easter Holidays, it is my favourite time of year, as everything is just opening up. We have been very lucky with the weather for the last few years, hot and sunny :) The resort is surprisingly busy, I am sure you will have a lovely time.

Cass Pena

Have stayed in Casa Pena many times, even tried to buy one, but that's another story. Fantastic apartment looking over the front.

Thanks very much guys! I shouldn't book these things so far in advance, I will just be obsessing over every detail for the next 6 weeks!

I know its too late but just to say we stayed there last July and although the beds weren't comfy the view of the bay made up for it! I could have sat on the balcony forever! Couldn`t book it this year as Elizabeth said Felipe the owner had a long stay but she has found us a town house which looks fine........no sea view though! Going out on the 19th and can`t wait!

Is Casa Pena privately owned or is it a Hotel Miramar property? Many thanks.

Its privately owned by a local named Felipe.

Miramar owns the second floor apartment

We had the apartment owned by the Miramar a couple of years ago. Bit old fashioned inside the ensuite bathroom was a particularly yucky shade of pink Hopefully refurbished by now . But the apartment was great for a family as three bedrooms plus another more modern bathroom.

Great thing was it had maid service every day and the views were great.
