Sparrow looks like it has been turned back into residential. There was some activity at Ikebana a few weeks back but that seems to have fizzled out.

Signage on the old Ben&Jerrys says "Ca Na Mina. Coffee shop and homemade cakes"
Russ said there's work going on at the old McCallums next door too so not sure if that's also part of it or something else. All the shutters were down so we'll have another peep soon.
