He was appearing on a German TV programme which was being filmed in Palma, promoting his new film. Not filmed in Mallorca unfortunately! He has a cousin who owns a property in Mallorca, where he is staying too, seems probable that its around the North of the island!

Gerard Butler

Last time I saw him he was playing centre-forward for Glasgow Celtic! Although he is a proper Hollywood star, he said it was the greatest thrill of his career, playing along side the one and only Henryk Larsson on a charity match, 60,000 turned up, a large amount of females just to see Mr Butler. I was travelling to Palma the following morning and met Nigel Benn, the boxer, who also played in the game, he now lives in Santa Ponsa.

I have seen quite a number of the Emmerdale cast in Stay. Some of them did a charity bike ride (I think) a few years back and had a local villa as a base.

No doubt the "secret" that is PP has spread though the ITV Yorkshire studios...

Not sure Chris is here as a result of an Emmerdale connection - more likely he is here because his family ( Eamonn O'Neal, local radio personality and editor of Manchester Evening News is his step dad ) have holidayed in PP for years.
