Ant of Ant & Dec were having dinner at La Longa yesterday,
no wonder the service dropped off a little !!!

I saw Natasha Kaplinski in Pollensa old town in June. She was very groomed and golden. Black kaftan and flip flops.

"Wiggo" and "The Boss"

We were out from 4th-18th August and in the first week we saw Bradley Wiggins twice (once by the ice cream shack enjoying an ice cream with his son on Market Day and once having a drink at Cappucchino).
A lady staying in our apartment complex said she'd seen Bruce Springsteen having dinner in Pollensa old town one evening. I wasn't sure if I believed her, but now I've looked on here I think she was quite right!

One of our favourite pass times, people watching, extra points for spotting a celebrity. Over the years we've spotted John Pertwee, actors from The Bill, Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Ant' (from Ant' n Dec'), who was with Jonathan Wilks and their families, recognised Ant's wife as she is one of the make-up team from Strictly Come Dancing,and last year on my birthday, in Oct' Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen with his wife and friends in Nostalgia. My husband "spots" the sport people, but have to say I don't recognise most of them.

Just spoken to Roger Daltry outside Capucchino ,if he is -a celeb? Sorry I'm not sure what one is? But Er' Indoors seems to know.

Not PP, but Martin Johnson and family sat next to us in one of the restaurants in Pollenca square last week. And last night all the girls were going googly for a fairly young guy in Pollensa square (there with his pretty wife and child) - I have no idea who he was though!

Amateur cyclists to train with Team Sky at Winter Majorca camp

Palma.—Team Sky begin setting up their annual Winter training camp in the Port of Alcudia this weekend with the riders’ staff arriving on the island on Monday.
The cyclists, including back-to-back Tour de France winners Sir Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome, will follow shortly for the first stint of Winter training before the return in earnest in the New Year to properly start preparing for the 2014 season.
And with the team will be three lucky amateur cyclists.

I imagine that any photograph of Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome together at the present time would be of some commercial value. I shall venture up North again from a very wet, soggy and cold Cala D'or.

I bumped into Toni from El Posito yesterday at the Partick Thistle / Inverness game. He's over for two weeks visiting family, and being a football connoisseur decided to take in the match with his son.

He told me that the restaurant had its busiest September / October for years, which is good news. It's always one of the first places we go.

Flying out tomorrow, can't come quickly enough.

Week before last Graeme Le Saux, wife and four others were in Naciente, we were sat near them and I saw Jane Seymour in a white Mercedes down the side of the Stay. Apparently she'd chartered a yacht for the afternoon, as one does!
