Cheapest Self Catering for 1 person -1st March

Looking at heading over to go cycling training for a week. 1st - 8th March for 1 person.

Escape the British Snow.

Where would be best place to get somewhere to stay for this week. Clean and basic. Bed, shower, small kitchen to cook up some meals and a fridge will do me.

Any ideas - cheaper the better. Dont want to pay £200 for the week

What a strange request, where in the uk could you stay for 200 quid a week for all that?

I am afraid you will not find it easy to get what you want for much under £200 a week, i had a quick look here :- Rent Villas Apartments in Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca), Majorca (Mallorca) and found a couple but £170 was the cheapest.

Hi Carl, welcome to the forum. It can be done - try the usual rental sites such as Homeaway as well as the one Sparky suggested. Not sure if they will have anywhere to store a bike though, but worth asking. If you meet Bradley and co say hi from the forum

If u have look on trivargo website, Pollensa Park, and Eolo are both about £20 per night for those dates

Actually some of the hotels are pretty cheap. Go to Hotels, Apartments - Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca), Mallorca Majorca & put your dates into the Alpharooms Search box - as mentioned the Pollensa Park & Eolo hotels are about £150 B&B. The Don Miguel which sounds just right for you has an apartment for £217.

The Marina Apartments on the seafront sound like what you are looking for - the basic street view apartments in March are 215 euros for a week. There should be plenty room for your bike.

I have not been in the basic apartments but can confirm that the sea view ones, although basic, are well managed. The location is excellent.
