We also would be grateful for any information regarding what the procedures
are for coming out to Pollensa at the moment. Which forms you need to complete and what type of test you need to fly home.

All information will be on the airline website you have booked with - usually with links.
But simply - locator forms into Spain and into U.K. As to testing this is also on the airline or U.K. govt website.

Rules and regulations are changing frequently, so what is needed now might be different in a week or months time. If i were travelling i would wait until closer to my dates to be sure.

I agree! Just completed all the paperwork then discovered had to download to Airline website before printing boarding pass out - seems more difficult this year! Roll on Tuesday!

Which airline are you travelling with Carol?

How not to manage one of the best assets of your tourist industry

You dont need to do this with EasyJet. You print the boarding pass the normal way

We were travelling with BA but they cancelled on Saturday so now coming with Ryanair tomorrow - not used to the website so maybe just me having the problem! Any significant queues at Palma airport going through passport control etc?

Would love to know your arrival experience as we are coming out on Wednesday

I met up with Disorderly and his wife on Saturday evening and they said it was a breeze when they arrived in the morning ;).

We flew in from Gatwick last week and had no problems at all either with passport control or health check. Well organised and staff ensured that everyone had appropriate forms ready. We were in Terminal C which was taking all international arrivals so was fairly busy. All in all only took 45 minutes from touchdown until reaching arrivals.

At present everyone exits Arrivals via Gate 4 and there is a designated meeting point opposite.

Thanks from me too....Ive just ordered from Testing for All....tick

Infilled my Spanish Health form and have QR code....tick

Noted the addresses of the Doctors in Alcudia and La Gola for a pre return test...tick

Thanks Rockape. Brilliant check list as I still have all to do before departing LGW at 14.00 on Wednesday

I read a comment on a Facebook group that anyone visiting Majorca a who tests positive must spend their 10 days quarantine in a designated quarantine hotel. I hadn’t heard that before and can’t find anything specific on the Spanish or British government websites. Has anyone any definitive information about this. Surely if you are a non resident home owner you would be allowed to quarantine in your own home?

I would say yes....you can understand them not wanting you staying in 'any' hotel, as you'd run the risk of starting a big outbreak!

Return to UK Corvid test

Has anyone had experience of booking a test for return flight to UK yet? I'm just wondering if there is any problem with demand exceeding supply at local level.

Due to a lack of tourists i don't think there are any issues but things can change ;).

Booking Covid return tests in advance

Does anyone know if there is a website or any other system to book in advance the test needed to return to the UK? I'd like to be sure that I can get the tests sorted before we fly out on 10th July.

We booked with “testing for all” after recommendations on this forum. Which? Also said they were the best of the bunch

Advance booking is recommended as they limit the number of bookings

This company will post out a lateral flow test that you take with you. On receipt you book a video conference call, they witness you doing the test. You send them a photo of the result abs you get your all negative email (hopefully) . No heed to go anywhere but you do need WiFi or 3/4G.
