Currently our internet speed has dropped to 0.3Mps in Alcanada. Has anyone else had similar problems? Our line is with Telefonica

I am also with Telefonica and have found it to be slow recently but talking to friends on the Tapas Bar and Facebook they say it's the same in the UK. Seems like the www is very busy
