Have been attempting for a week to SPEAK to anyone from this company. We are looking to have a refund as stated in their terms and conditions as the Spanish Government have extended the ban on non EU visitors to the country until 31/5/21. Company are refusing this request even though I have sent extensive proof of the ban of travel. Would not recommend you use this company.
