We are trying to sort out not being able to travel to Spain as stated by the Spanish authorities. No holidays allowed review date 31/5/21. This company is so hard to actually talk to. Emails are slow but the agent is very busy getting things ready in the properties. They are refusing to refund us. There is always another “but” in any communication. Has anyone been able to successfully talk to the office in the reduced hours they are working?
