Direction at the Airport for Europa

I am travelling to pollensa for one week’s holiday at Easter. I have booked to pick up a hire car from europa at the airport. I have had conformation of my booking and have been instructed to go the desk. I have read on the forum arriving at the airport which is a great help. Where in the airport will I be picking up the car? I have been looking on Google maps to try and see. I am just trying to find were about in the airport I will be for my bearings, has I have never been to the airport.

Hi Steve R. You should have no problen. Although the airport is very large all of the baggage carousels are in the same place near the front of the airport. Just behind the baggage claim are the hire car offices. Just go up to the Europa desk and fill in the paperwork. The Europa hire cars are all parked in the main carpark on the ground floor just opposite the front doors of the airport. You just walk across the road (there are some moving walkways if you have heavy luggage) to the carpark and I think the Europa parking area may be towards the back at the right hand side but it is very well signposted so you will have no trouble.
