Depends what you are after. Stayed in these lst summer. Very clean, nice grounds. Duck pond with loads of fish in to feed. We had a one bed overlooking the pool. 2 boys slept inlounge on sofa beds (good ones) we had a large bedroom with loads of storage space. Big bathroom as well. Room was cleaded 6 days a week, clean towels whenever you needed them (just leave dirty ones in bath). Pool was ok - usual reserving of sunbeds. Paddling pool for toddlers but main pool was very deep and youngest (4) couldn't stand up in it. We stayed self catering but did try the bar food which was good value for money. Evening entertainment was Ok - kids all liked it and if they are happy so are we.
Bit of a walk down to pine walk and beach (20 mins) and in the day was too far in the heat. We had hired a car so wasn't a problem for us.
I would go again.
