Important announcement
Earlier today easyJet announced our intention to stop all flying from East Midlands Airport from 6 January 2010. This decision is a result of commercial considerations and plans to redeploy our aircraft across our network.We will continue to operate as normal up until 5 January 2010.
Customers with bookings for the period 6 January 2010 onwards will be contacted in the next few days with three options:
1. A full refund.
2. A transfer at no additional cost to an alternative easyJet flight from another airport.
3. A transfer at no additional cost to an alternative flight with bmibaby from East Midlands Airport.

We would like to thank our customers who have flown with us from East Midlands Airport and apologise for any inconvenience this decision will cause. We would also like to thank our Crew and partners at East Midlands for their care and dedication over the years.
easyJet will continue to fly from 14 other UK airports and is dedicated to providing low fares and a great range of destinations to our customers. And don't forget - we will continue to fly as normal from East Midlands Airport until 5 January 2010.
