Just checked for 2nd time today, and Ryanair flights from PMI to BFS are now available for 2024, so may well be for you guys too.

Just to give you the heads up, Easyjet released their Flight Schedules from and to Palma this morning at 8.00 a.m., covering the period from 2nd September 2024 onwards, Some good prices to be had if you can get in early, like I did.
