Just found this website where you can check if you are on the correct i.e. cheapest electricity tariff. Its only in Spanish but is very easy to use. You just need to fill in your postcode, Contracted Potencial (as shown on your last bill), your yearly consumption, then tick no against additional services and it spits out a list of the different companies and tariffs and what you would have paid with each in the last year.
