Currently in England i can get 1.45 euros to the pound. is the rate any better in P.P?

Paid in U.K. pounds cheque. (winnings on Premium Bonds!!!!!!!!)
Worked it out that paying the 6 euros commission I was still a winner.
The situation changes from day to day and from bank to bank.
This time I ended up using Bancaja, where I have an account, but have used Sa Nostra and BBV.
