Europa Network

Just wondering if anyone locally has any experience of Europa Network. They called today with an offer for internet, calls and UK TV channels for 19.95 + IVA per month. Still with the Telefonica line, but a better deal than I have with the provider I have at present, Orange. Main concern would be the TV. Though it's interesting, the best I can get is 2.4mb. They say this would be sufficient, but ...

I don't use them Andrew but i have heard that they are not very good .

I had Europa telephone line and broadband for a couple of years before changing when I found a better deal elsewhere. I had previously used Telefonica and I am now with BT Arakis. Can´t say I´ve noticed much difference between any of the three. I havn´t tried the new internet TV boxes that are being advertised but we do regularly watch live football streamed directly from the internet. We have 6mb download speed and 4mb ram and it still freezes occassionally. I think I would want to see it working on 2.4mb before signing up to anything where I was tied in for a minimum period.

Thanks, both. Yep, I would want to know about how 2.4mb copes. They say no problem, but then they would.
