Most of the building work has stopped now, at least all the major noise, and most of the sites are surrounded by fencing so you can't see in.
All work has to stop by the beginning of July and the whole of August because we are in atourist area. Everywhere is open, although sometimes you wouldn't think so because there is no one about, especially at nighttime when you expect to see people out for a stroll, but then I think we are getting people with different tastes than we used to.
The apartment block you mean is called Pins Altos, and open holidays used to rent it out, but it has always been owned by Portvil who have an office just a little further down from the bank.If you look on irentmyvilla.com at Cala they have a few of the apartments for rent, they also rent out the vuillas at Can Botana behind the hotel Oriola.
