Flight Cancellation - A Traveller's Tale

We had booke flights from Manchester with Minarch for Monday 19th April. On Minarch;s site they have offered either change of date or a refund. We have gone for the refund as we are unable to go till June. Date change is for flights within 30 days.
I made my request with Monarch via the website having tried to phone them sevsral times this morning. I have no reason to think they will not act honourably. I'll let you knos hos it goes.

Updating those who may be interested I have had an e-mail from Monarch saying that my refund will be with me in the nexy 28 days. Quietly I'm thinking RESULT!!
