Football games in sports centre

We play football every Mon,Wed, Fri @ 1800 on the Pollensa Astro pitch just past the Militry base,all ages welcomed bring a few euros to cover pitch costs.

My nephews 17 and 21 coming out this summer and both enjoy a game of football. Are the arrangements the same as the above?

Yes we are still playing same time & place with social drinks after ,this is for all ages, please bring 5 Euros to cover costs.
This has been running for over 20 years.

Football

I am bringing my grandson to Puerto Pollensa after he finishes his GCSE's and looking through the forum, found out about the football that takes place in Pollensa F.C. on certain evenings throughout the summer, where locals and tourists can play.
We will be out from the 17th to 25th June, and I know he would love to have a go, but I see from previous posts that last year they didn't start playing until July.
Does anyone know if this will be the same this year? Thank you.

Hi we will be staying in the Playa Mar 8th-18th July, the hotel is right next to the football park. Do you know if the games mentioned in this thread will be running again this year, and if so when?

Also, as my son is daft about football I was wondering how you might go about booking the park as a tourist, is there a website to book through if I wanted to book the pitch for an hour or two one day during our stay?

Yes they are, i have been told that they start around the 16th so you may get a game in .

There are problems with insurance which are putting the games in doubt, i have had this message from the organiser :-

There’s a new insurance issue facing us this year. The Ayuntamente are insisting on a registration procedure which will be difficult to honour(in terms of continuity of presence).........Toni Posito has agreed to help us with the registration process.

I will pass on any more info as and when i get it.
