Does anyone have experience of getting money from the U.K. to Puerto Pollensa for purchase of property?
I've been told stories of receiving Spanish banks charging high rates for the receipt of money for purchase of property.
Does anyone have any experience in this area? Are the rates negotiable? Has anyone used a specialist currency transfer company?
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
