Just wondering if anyone had used Geordie Neil from GNTV Sky Majorca Services as I getting upgrades to tv system at the appartment. I have heard good things but would really appreciate any feedback as it can be a costly business getting work like this done.

We used them in conjunction with a neighbour to install a new large dish last year which installation was not a total success. They told us we also needed more cabling and another receiver box to receive UK programmes AND they insisted on immediate payment preferably in cash. The box proved unnecessary and in addition did not work for us and was obviously second hand having a broken front hinged drop down flap. The dish became insecure during the recent winter. We have since had David Panther install another new stronger and more securely fixed dish.

You will find David at his shop in Pollensa called Elite situated on the square just off the middle turn off into the old town from the main road. His tel no there is 971 5328811 or mobile 609 37 77 90. We found him to be very pleasant and professional and although more pricey than GNTV we are so much happier to have him work with us. He has been brought up tri lingual and therefore easy to talk with.

Having used several different satellite engineers in the past (including the two named above) I now have Confort do everything as I find them to be competant, efficient and reasonably priced.

Agree with Deanscroft, totally reliable and professional even if you're not around they will organise and resolve any problems you may have afterwards very efficiently.
