young goat is available at Zalzales near La Gola in PP, and very nice it is too, a delicate flavor wonderfully cooked.

I like Meat!!!!

.....but always feel sad when those tiny kids disappear from the field opposite The Rosa Blanca

The brother in law comes from Soller and, if he's home in the hunting season, goes off to shoot the wild mountain goats. Now, of course, when pushed, he accepts that they're not really wild and will have owners. But, apparently, poaching isnt at all uncommon.
