Good bar suggestions?

Can anyone tell me a really good bar to go in the evening in Puerto Pollensa.We will be staying at the Hotel Romantic on Pine walk.Somewhere with atmosphere and you can get served.

I hope this doesn't spoil your plans but whoever told you the Hotel Romantic was on the Pine Walk is being a bit economical with the truth ( unless there are 2 Hotel Romantics in PP )

I am pretty certain the Hotel Romantic is at the South sandy Beach part of the resort and pretty close to the Pollensa Park which is a good 10minute walk from the central roundabout and another 5 or so mins up to the start of the Pine Walk

That said, I woudn't be too concerned .......... everywhere in PP is lovelly and you have a great sandy beach on your doorstep and access to some wonderful restaurants right on your doorstep, Los Zarzales to name just 1.

The area around the Pollensa Park has a lot of bars but I have heard they can be a bit lively.... so if you are looking for a quieter bar you may want to try a bit farther afield ........... but as I say you are only 10 mins from the centre so will have lots of choice

Sure many of the people who know this part of PP better than I do will be on before you can blink with stacks of recommendations

Yes, CD is correct in that the Hotel Romantic is a long way from the Pine Walk. However it is a nice hotel and there are plenty of bar/ restaurants on the doorstep, one is next door it is called El Ancla, Tamarells is just across the road and around the corner there is Sol y Mar, Cafe Bon Dia, Palms, The Leon Dorado (Golden Lion), Ikebana, Gatsby's and Sparrow. You will also have full use of facilities and entertainment at the Pollensa Park Hotel.

You can see the location of the Romantic here puertopollensa.com/hotels_apartments_pollensa.html#romantic - it isn't the Pine Walk but nothing's very far in PP & as Sparky says there are plenty of bars & cafes near your hotel & on the way in towards the centre.

Don't worry there arent any bars as such on the pine walk itself anyway!
