Well there is technically only one Irish bar in the Port but i don't think there is anything wrong with celebrating the day in any bar that has taken the trouble to organize something. I have seen many people around the Port tonight wearing daft hats and dressed in Irish colours but only a handful were Irish, many were actually locals.

The definition of an Irish bar has been, that it sells Guinness, until Mulligans has recently re-opened with an Irish landlady. Wasn't O'Hara's run by a Brazilian for a time ?
