Help Needed

I'm about to lay a slab base for a large garden shed. I could do with hiring some 'muscle' to help with the heavy lifting etc. Can anyone out there recommend someone who works on a daily basis ?

Yes, but in the past (sometime ago to be fair) he has did other work.
