Help please? Galeon or Hobby Club

I posted last week seeking advice on self catering accomodation for our family of 5, which includes 2 teenage grils and a one-year old boy. We are looking at both the Hobby Club and the Galeon apartments. Does this seem reasonable and which would people recommend?

I'm grateful for any help.
