I just wanted to let others know that you can no longer take a picnic or any of your own food or drink into the water park!
We'd gone prepared with a lovely lunch in a cool bag and were stopped immediately from entering the park by a very rude attendant who didn't give a monkeys & said we had to bin it.
I managed to persuade a nicer attendant to keep our bag in their office until lunchtime then we got a pass out and sat on the path eating it.
I even saw a family with toddler food in a bag not being allowed to take it in. The food in the park looks disgusting and is all deep fried expensive rubbish. You can't even take your own water in now!
So my advice is to hide your picnic in your swimming bag under your towels then get a pass out to eat it!
The park was still worth a visit though, my kids loved it & had a great time.
