Hi everyone - After our very sucessful home exchange last summer we are wondering if anyone would be interested in an exchange this year.
We have a detached bungalow in Porth near Newquay in Cornwall.
Last year our 'swappers' allowed us to use their holiday apartment in PP whilst they enjoyed a lovely holiday in Cornwall. A reference from them is available.
We are just minutes walk from the beach and beautiful cliff top walks, we are also ideally located for all the main tourist attractions, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Padstow, St Ives, Lands End etc.
Please email me for any further info.

Hi Susie,

am pleased it worked out for you last year. I would love to 'swap' some time but don't have the time this year. Are you near Mawgan Porth? We stayed at the Bedruthan Steps several times when the kids were young (in May half-term) & I loved the area but am afraid we got fed up with the weather & realised we coud go to Mallorca for the same price (well we could then!).

Best of luck for this year's exchange. :)

I wish you luck. We go down to Watergate Bay regularly so I know that Porth is beautiful.

Thank you for the encouraging comments - yes it is very beautiful here. We are very close to Mawgan Porth and of course Watergate Bay is almost on our doorstep - just a cliff top walk away.
The weather - yes its unpredictable - however our 'swappers' last year had two weeks of glorious sunshine :)

We would prefer sometime in June if possible - but we are flexible. Hope all is well with you and hubby by the way.

Thanks Susie, you too.
You may well have some response a little nearer the time when it becomes a fair bet that apartments wont be rented out, so don't give up hope!:)

Yes, thats true - I think it will be another difficult year ahead, having owned holiday apartments here in Cornwall in the past - my advice is still to keep prices as low as possible - better two weeks at £500 than an empty apartment at £750. I hope everyone has a wonderful season in beautiful PP.
