Hi all

Last time we went to PP there was an incomplete villa on the Calle de la Talaia just off the bypass above the Boquer walk.

Anyone know whether it might be for sale as it's a lovely location and seems to have been empty/abandoned for years.

I believe under Spanish law buyers must often settle the debts associated with abandoned building projects so I guess this is what is putting people off, but would be interested to know!

I believe it may be for sale. The building is owned by Kati and Juan from Trio. There was some problem with finishing it, but not sure quite what, maybe just finance.

It has been there for an awful long time - rather an eyesore. The graffiti changes but not much else

aye it looks boggin' times are hard though, I know kath was hoping to retire there one day, don't think they'll ever retire though and why not know plenty folks working well past retirement these days

You're right pollensa. We looked at a ground floor apartment there when they were first built - fell in love with it because of the olive tree in the garden, but fell out of love with it because of the villa. It didn't have much graffiti on it then, and we thought it may have just been "resting" inbetween work but didn't want to take the chance! Really needs to be knocked down now surely, and the land put to better use! :o
