Info needed - Adult Social Care

Ok I must admit I have messed about on this forum before but would like now to ask a serious question. Does anybody have any idea about adult social care for people with learning difficulties in Mallorca?
Any help would be appreciated...ta.

A talk with Maria Antonia, Social Services in the Port may be helpful.
She is in the same building as the Police.
