Despite still looking forward to two weeks in August with a villa in the Siller area via Villa Plus, we are already on the hunt for a villa for July 2015.....they do seem to get snapped up quickly nowadays.

Aside from Villa Plus, we've seen a couple of nice properties let by iRent4Week. I've seen their signs around for a couple of years but know nothing about them.

Does anyone have any feedback, please ?

I've had many views of my post, but no responses. So, as I'm reluctant to deal with any firm that doesn't receive a wholehearted endorsement from Forum members, I'll look elsewhere, and deal with known suppliers.

Looks like Villa Plus again......or direct with an owner.

Hello, last year we rented a villa in Siller with this company and we were more than impressed. It was with some trepidation that we paid for the villa, boarded the plane and made our way to Puerto Pollenca having never heard of this company. We had rented in this area before so had a general idea of where we were going but Ivor the manager for the property kept in contact with us by phone until we arrived and was there to greet us. (We normally get the keys from a box on a wall) This was the first time this property was rented out so had teething problems and I had to phone Ivor, a lot. He was marvellous, he appeared in person every time and nothing was to much trouble for him. This was last year and as I said we were very impressed and reassured. Hope this helps .

We have rented a villa in early September in Siller from this company. Happy to give you feedback once we have been if you can wait that long! I have been looking for reviews and saw the villa today on Booking.com with one positive review.

Hi there. I'm happy to recommend Irent4week, having used them this year and last. Stayed in the Anita apartments. very efficient organisation, waiting at the door to meet us, slick payment process. Nothing seems too much trouble. I met Ivan (Andreu) this year and that just strengthened my impressions.
