Ivy garden

[PROSPECT]

Just returned from PP today and had a meal in the new downsized Ivy Garden. The food was alright but the whole ambience of the place has gone downhill. The staff had nt a clue, the menu was on a few blackboards which were transported around the small cramped courtyard which smelled of fish and chips due to the proximity of the relocated Codfather. There was one paper copy of a wine list. The small bar was full of sleazy undesirable individuals. To cap it all they allowed guys in to go round tables selling CDs. The death of a graet PP institution

I haven't been back to the Ivy since it first expanded and the quality and service went down . It used to be the place to go for a good romantic meal years ago

Agree, with your comments, Ivy garden has been going downhill for years, at one time it was a PP institution
