Just Married.

Glug Glug glug, wow, what a storm. Unfortunatley there is a wedding in the Miramar today (think its a forum member) and the staff are currently on Plan C!! How disappointing for the couple, I hope they manage to enjoy their special day. Lets hope that was a clearing shower and the afternoon will be a little brighter....

Yes Jan i believe the Miramar are holding 2 weddings today and one of them is our member PP Kev. I don't know what time he is tying the knot but i have everything crossed that it clears up for him and his bride.

They had a wedding yesterday which was a great success and today I understand bride and groom are due to arrive in horse drawn carriage about 4 ...... the Miramar are pulling out all the stops so I am sure all will be fine... and if this weather could just clear up for an hour or two this afternoon even better.

We did indeed have our wedding on friday, and the weather was great. Everything went better than I could ever imagine, and we are currently enjoying some relaxation time on the island after the hectic week leading up to the big day.

Speaking with Rev. Mel, he had two weddings to do on Saturday, one at the Church/Miramar and the other at Alcanda Golf Club. I hope they had great days despite the weather.

The Miramar pulled out all the stops for our wedding, they were fantastic, so I know they will do everything in their power to make the day special for the couple with the reception there.

I am so glad all went well and the weather was good for you (sorry for those who were married yesterday in the rain).

Congratulations kev. Interested in how you got on with your cake in the end! Unfortunately couldn't wander past as we were packing our cases in the car to leave at the time you had your wedding, but the weather was fantastic and very pleased it turned out so great for you!

Thank you all for your best wishes. The whole day was great, and we will never forget it.

We are in different parts of the island enjoying a couple of different locations for a couple of weeks.

Bella, Cakes were done by Anna at Sugar Mallorca, she was great and they were delicious and presented amazing. She did us proud.

Not sure when we will be back next year, it depends on work and stuff, but we spend as much time as we can in PP anyway.
