Last night Blues

Should have went to bed by now for flight home tomorrow...but here I am still up enjoying every last minute but if I don't get to sleep soon I may miss that flight! Now there is a thought..... Don't you just hate when holidays come to an end? Roll on next visit. Puerto Pollensa never lets me down and please don't let the water park put you off coming..is that right Animal Magic?

Thanks sws...fridge emptied, rubbish disposed off, case zipped up and now waiting for taxi. The dreaded 2 flights home I am not looking forward to....fingers crossed Monarch gets me to Gatwick in time for my connection as they let us down badly coming over with a very long delay. I will think positive tho' and focus on my return to PP as you suggest.

Absolutely right, Favie. In fact we have booked our return visit already. Going over in Jan for 2 weeks for San Antoni. The Port is very quiet but beautiful as always.
Safe trip & happy planning!!! PS When I say quiet....San Antoni is the total opposite....settles down afterwards!!!

Lucky you again Animal Magic...would love to visit when it's all quiet and sleepy, sounds perfect. Had a safe trip back thanks but a long one, this time it was Easyjet that let me down! 11 and a half hours door to door, an improvement on the outward journey which was 15 hrs Wish I could sprout a pair of wings, then I would be over more often!

Indeed, I was Sparky, totally exhausted! I was a grumpy old lady at Gatwick airport when I discovered my connecting flight was delayed after Monarch getting me there on time! Travelling back solo, I was mumbling a few choice words to myself! Getting to Baggage claim/Passport control at south terminal takes for ever, then rushed to North terminal, through security again....only to be told about the delay, I could have screamed. The most frustrating thing was I flew over my little Island at 2.15pm on the Monarch flight (pilot pointed it out) but didn't finally reach it until 8.15pm....but was it worth it, of course anything to see Puerto Pollensa.

Oh Favie, I hate coming home too but my husband always says "We have to come home to come back again!"

Beam me up AND beam me down....in seconds would be magical!! If only, I would be over every weekend.

Car77 your husband is right, it's the coming back we look forward to....BUT sometimes I just don't feel like coming back home at all!
