Legal costs

When we bought our apartments in 1990 and 2000 the legal costs were 9% I think. What have they gone up to now? Will be spending up to 120000euros on a place

We allowed 10% when we were buying. In the end it finished at about 8.5% but there are lots of variables.

Like everything do not just accept but negotiate! There are ways around most things which cut costs considerably!
