ALTERNATILLA JAZZ FEST 25: Eva Fernandez Trio

Sunday, 7th of December 2025 – 20.00 h - in the Church of the convent of Sant Domingo in Pollensa.

With a career that unites soprano sax and voice, Eva Fernández proposes an intimate universe where song and jazz go hand in hand. The trio they present, with Josep Munar and Enric Fuster, is the same group with whom they recorded Yo Pregunto (2018), a work that has defined their own language: close, poetic and with a subtle swing. Live, the sound is chamber-like: Munar's guitar draws clear spaces, Carpenter's drums breathe and sustain, and Fernández filters the melody elegantly, alternating the warm bell of the voice and the clean line of the sax. A repertoire of originals and readings that look ahead without forgetting the roots.

Free Concert on 29th November 2025 in the wonderful grounds of the Museo Sa Bassa Blanca, in Alcanada.
Tomorrow 29th November 2025 we are delighted to welcome the Tejedor Brothers for a Free Concert at MSBB (Museo sa bassa blanca) .
The concert will take place at 4:00 pm in a covered area of the back garden overlooking the sea (a space usually closed to visitors).

Palma Groove Project gig in Club Pollença

It was an interesting gig. The experience was positive overall, €15 each for members, including a glass of wine and 2 tapa each. The band was okay, a little disjointed at times but it was good toe tapping stuff. The crazy part was the behaviour of the audience who were 90% English. The group next to us was fairly senior in years, they talked loudly though the whole thing, one of them holding their phone up posting on Instagram to say where they were, and then reiterating that it wasn't their thing. There were other people sat just filming the gig which is std procedure nowadays... but one of them had their phones torch on for the while time so we could all see them and their friends all lit up for 2 hours. It just got a bit silly at times. Def worth going though
