Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the Llevant Apartments in pto pollensa are like? We have stayed in Pto pollensa loads of times but never in these apartments

The LLevant apartments will probably provide a pleasant suprise. We arrived in August '04 expecting something quite grim as they were described in the Skytours brochure as 'basic' but instead found them clean and spacious. An ideal location for the Market Place and Pine Walk. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the staff here are friendly too! Things can get busy around the pool area at peak times - if you have young children they'll love it here and soon make some new friends! But it doesn't get too busy for adults seeking a relaxing break. We loved everything about these apartments and the resort so much when we spent a week here last August that we had no hesitation in deciding to return once again this year - but for two weeks this time!

Could I just add that this time round we found the Llevant apartments quite dissapointing compared to last summers visit.
I think that they are under new ownership now and they are not in Skytours '06 brochure.
The apartments are in need of a good clean - cleaning staff seem to have been halved compared to last summer and the pool was only cleaned 3 times during the 14 days of our stay. Our apartment was in pretty good order - aside from the rust around the stainless steel sink/worktop area but others complained about broken cupboards, lights and doors not locking properly. The apartments were mostly fully occupied during our stay and when they were we struggled to find sun loungers during the day as people were covering them with towels from 7.00am onwards!
The pool terrace and small gardens are in need of repair so watch your step, bits of paint flaking off, broken concrete etc .. our 10 year old cut his foot on some broken glass on the path one day.
Still a fantastic resort though ..but if you plan to visit and stay in this area I'd suggest that you try the Puerto Azul, Flora or Playa D'or apartments for a much happier stay.
