Local Papers

Are there any good local papers which have classifieds with property for sale available in Puerto Pollensa. I am sure that the property prices shown on the internet are inflated for the english buyers ?

Any advice would be appreciated

You can subscribe to the Majorca Daily Bulletin - see www.majorcadailybulletin.es/ and/or the Spanish equivalent Ultima Hora but based on our own experience the price listed on the internet for our apt was the price we paid. The owner would only accept the asking price.

Unfortunately prices are still very high because there is not that much available. The only way to get a true idea is to pay a visit to all the estate agents. Sometimes you may seem the same property in more than one agent at different prices.
