Long term rental in pollensa area

Hi everybody and anybody

We are moving over to Pollensa in April and are looking for a long term let. We have a few irons in the fire with local estate agents but just wondered if anyone had any advice or leads on accommodation before we bite the bullet.

Ideally we want 3/4 bed finca or villa in the country (pollensa area)

Unfortunately we are running out of time now and fighting the summer rentals, so if any of you good people have any help or advice please shout out.

long term rentals

Are there any areas of puerto pollensa to avoid or that you would reccomend moving too, we have two young children so need to be close to schools, perhaps other families, play/leisure facilities. We are hoping to relocate next year.
