If you enjoy rural villas and are wanting a very cheapo break next autumn take a look at Villa L'Espina with Style THomas Cook. It is only £169/£179 for a week and £349 for a fortnight 'villa only' from 29/9/12 to 20/10/12. We stayed here recently and although it is certainly not a luxury villa it is most deffinately worth the price quoted for a cheap get-a-way. We would book it ourselves but it's not available at half term (None of Thomas Cooks villas are!)
It's in the Cami Volantina area, very private, no neighbours, south facing pool. Typical Mallorcan decore for a rental property. The garden needs some TLC. Wouldnt want to pay the summer prices as there are much better villas/cottages out there but for £170 for a week snap a bargain. Has Sky TV which isnt mentioned in brochure spiel and radiatiors provided along with fans and mobile AC units for unpredictable October weather.
