Is Los Farolas open, the owner intimated that he may retire ( Last May ) at the end of the season.

Mind you he has said that before!

Usually have a meal there (or two) would like to know before next week when we arrive for the sebatical.

They opened the first week in Feb, a highly recommended restaurant, especialy for fish lovers.

Visited Los Farolas, food great as usual - Lamb chops all 6 1/2 - yes a half one as if you did not get enough, was really a small bit of lamb, excellent.

The owner was not there who was usually there always last year, did not know his name, smallish, glasses, balding like me, great person, wonder if he has retired?

His wife was in the kitchen and she was not this year. The waither seemed to be in charge with two girls were excellent.

Basically - as usual - food, ambience etc. only 12 months to go

we ate there for the first time last november (several times ! ). And we really liked this place. Just a group of friends and the menu had something for everyone, the staff were there when u needed them, but not overcrowding u. And we all enjoyed the food !
Place just had a realy great feel... we will be back !
